Purpose of Privacy Statement


This Privacy Statement describes how Amack Law Office (“our,” “us” or “we”) collects, uses and discloses information obtained through our public web site(s) (“Web Site”) and does not apply to our practices conducted offline.  This Privacy Statement is only applicable to this Web Site and not to any other web sites that you may be able to access from the Web Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Statement.



What Personally Identifiable Information Do We Collect?


You may visit our Web Site without revealing any personally identifiable information.  We do, however, provide forms on our Web Site that invite you to submit personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, and any other information that you may provide to us (“Personally Identifiable Information”).



What Additional Information Do We Collect?


Automatic Collection. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet), Internet service provider, domain servers, browser type, computer platform, referring web site, date, time and duration of access, and links clicked through. No Personally Identifiable Information about you is revealed in this process. The Web Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the Web Site.
